Everyone is different. Symptoms can (and often do) overlap, in research this is known as “trans-diagnostic”, so there is never “one brain pattern always seen” in everyone with a diagnosis of ADHD, Anxiety, Autism or Depression because we are all different. There are, however, common patterns associated with different types of thoughts, feelings or behaviours.
