Keeping Our Brains Young & Active- International Brain Awareness Week

Today is Day 2 of International Brain Awareness Week 2018. The Perth Brain Centre is proud to be an official partner of Brain Awareness Week and excited to be able to share some of the benefits of brain research.

Today, let's share some practical ideas about what we can all do to help keep our brains active and young. This video from The Global Council on Brain Health has some great tips.
